Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of candles as a sensory product, we accept returns or exchanges only on unused items that are in their original condition and packaging.
Eligibility
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at ORDER@HONEYDRYP.COM within 30 days of receiving your order.
Candles that have been burned, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
Requests that do not meet these requirements may be considered for exchange only, at our discretion, and are not eligible for a refund.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions at no additional cost.
After we receive and inspect the item(s), you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Approved exchanges will be shipped once the replacement item is available.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
